(b)If my son,steve Holowich should marry,and if he desires to have exclusive possession of my home at 224 Lincoln Avenue, •I ,• Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,and desires my daughter,Helen Fetcko,to move therefrom,he is to pay the sum of $600 to my daughter, Helen Fetcko;and if this amount is not paid,then she shall be permitted to remain and reside at my home rent free,so long as she desires. FOURTH:I do hereby make,constitute ~nd appoint my son, steve Holowich,to be my executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and George J.Modrak as attorney for my estate.
