LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,RUBIN HIRSCH,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last ViII and Testronent.
FIRST:I revoke any and all wills previously made by
me.
SECOND:I appoint my three sons,Arnold 1 •Hirsch,
lallace L.Hirsch and David N.Hirsch,as executors of my estate,
and I direct that no bond shall be required of them or any of
them.In the event of a dispute arising concerning the admini-
stration of my estate between or among my executors,I direct
that the decision of the majority of those who have qualified as
executors shall govern.
THIRD:My executors shall have power to sell any real
estate left by me.~hey shall also have power to continue any
business in which I may have been engaged.
FOURTH:All of my property,real,personal or mixed,
shall descend and be distributed according to the Intestate Laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
