I,MARGARET CLEMENTS,also known as AN.A MARGARET CLEMENTS,
of the Borough of Canonsburg.ashington County ,Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this my last will and testa-
ment,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses
and the expenses incident to the settlement of my estate be
paid by my exeoutors as soon after my decease as may be prac-
ticable.
Seoond,after the payment of my debts and expenses as
aforesaid,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and rem inder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,and
wheresoever situate,unto my two children,MARGARET LOUISE
WOOD and RTHUR VILLIAM CLEMENTS,share and share alike.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my two chil-
dren,r.argaret Louise Wood and Arthur ~illiam Clements,both
being residents of Canonsburg,pennsylvania,as executors of
this my last will and testament.
