The undersigned,Arch F.Hickman,of Morris Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound memory and
understanding,do hereby make,execute,publish and declare
this as and for his Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
all Wills heretofore made;
First:All just debts and funeral expenses are to be p id
as soon as may be after my decease;
Second:A marker for my grave shall be provided (or estab-
lished tomb-stone,if any)both modest and plain.
Third,I will devise and bequeath to my son,Sidney Hickman,
now residing with me,all my real estate and personal property.
This includes house and lot where I now reside,owned by me,
looated at Dunns Station,Morris Township,lIashington County,
Pennsylvania.Unless needed to do so in order to pay debta,
my personal property need not be sold by my executor herein-
----....--~--after named,but may sell privately if executor so desires.
My house and lot I devise absolutely to said son,Sidney
Hickman.
In testimony whereof,I,as testator above named,have
hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,thlBG~fJ
