LAST WILL AND TEST JlIvIENT

I,~iARY HALICKY,widow,a resident of SOmerset Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all instruments
of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter
named,as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may OVID or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my death to ALBERT H.HRUTKAY.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint JOHN
L.BECK,of Bentleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,my
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WIT.t;J"ESS WHEREOF,I have on this ~day of June,A.D.
1950,signed,sealed,published end declared the foregoing
instrunent as and for my Last Will and Testament in the presence
of each and all of the subscribing ivitnesses,each of whom I have
