PETITION
To the Register of Wills,Washington County,Pennsylvania:
The petition of MARY CHICORELLA and JOHN CHICORELLA,respectfully
represents:
1.That they are the widow and son,respectively,of JOHN
CHICKERELLA,also known as JOHN CHICORELLA,and as JOHN
CHICARELLA,who died October 15,1947,a resident of the Borough of
Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That on November 26,1947 you granted Letters Testamentary
in the said estate unto Mary Chicorella and John Chicorella.
3.That since the filing of the Application for Probate of Will and
Grant of Letters,your petitioners have ascertained that1w"0 parcels of real
estate owned by the decedent at the time of his death were granted to him unde
names spelled differently than those set forth in the application for letters as
follows:In the Deed of George L.Johnson et al to John Chenytha dated May 7,
1920,unrecorded,granting Lot No.99 in the Cockins-Johnson Plan,Third
Ward,Canonsburg;In the Deed of Thomas Moskayek et ux to John Cakeryla
dated August 5,1919,recorded in Deed Book 466,Page 590 conveying Lot No.
00 in said Cockins-Johnson Plan.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners respectfully pray that the aforesaid names 0
liases of John Chickerella,namely:JOHN CHENYTHA and JOHN CAKERYLA
e added to your record of the estate of the decedent.
