SECOND:-I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Theressa Harvey,the home farm upon Which we now reside, situate in Centpr Township,Greene County,Pennsylvania,oontaining two hundred eighty-six (286)acres,more or less;to have and to hold the said tract of land and apuurtena~ces for and nuring the term of her natural life,excepting,however,from this devise the oil ana gas Within and under the said tract of land and all rentals and.royal ti es aocruing ther efrom aris inr-:from the prps ent leases on said property and the prpsent producing wells thereon,or Which may arise from any future lease or leases on said property or any future well or wolls which may horeafter be drilled thereon oither by virtue of the present or future leases on said property. FOTJR 'T'H:-It is my will and I hereby dir ect that the Spragg farm adjoining the home farm above mentioned,in Center TOlof!lship,Greene County,Pennsylvania,and containing one hundred eighty-~even (187)ac~es,more or less,be sold by my Executors hereinafteY named,within two years after my decease,and I hereby authorize my said executors in their discretion to reserve from suoh sale the oil and gas to me belonging in and under the said tract of land,togother with the right to drill and operate there- for if they shall deem it for the best interests of my estaTo at the time of making suoh sale so to do,and I hereby authorize and empower my said Executors hereinafter named to make,exeoute and deliver a deed or deeds of conveyanc e to the purohaser or purchasers thereof at such sale,conveying the title to said purohaser or pur- chasers as fully and complete as I might or could do if liVing,and the proceeds of tho sale of said farm shall bE'diVided equally among my siX (f.)children,to-l'!1.t:Samuel H.Harvey,Eth ~l Bernie e Orndoff, Anna Beatrice Throckmorton,James Fred Harvey,Margaret HarvEW and Helen Harvey,share and share alike.
