LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,SERAFINO CURCIO of
North Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,.memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former
wills or codicile by me at a.I\Y time heretofore made.
As to my worldly estate and all property,real,personal or
mixed,.of which I die seized and possess,orto which I shall be entitled
at the time of rrr:r decease,I give,devise,bequeath and dispose thereof in
the following manner,to-wit:
FIRST:I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall,by my Executor hereinafter named,be paid out of my estate
as soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient.
SECOND:All of my property whether it be real,personal or
-mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my beloved wife,JOSEPIITNE CURCIO,for her own proper use and
behoof to dispose of as she might see fit.
TIITRD:If my beloved wife,JOSEPHINE CURCIO,predeceases me,
it is my order and direction that all my estate,whether it be real,personal
or mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,be devised to my .
two children,NICK CURCIO,and ANTONETTE CURCIO,share and share alike in
equal proportions.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved
son,NICK CURCIO,to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
