I,HAnDlE B.BLOSE,of the City of Washington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executrix,hereinafter named,as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath the house and lot
on East Wheeling Street,adjoining lots of Lucy Mounts on the East,
and Mrs.Zoe Steen Moore on the West,and fronting on East Wheeling
Street and extending back to Grant Street,to Karl M.Blose,Ethel
Blose Barr,Helen Blose Paxton,and Albert Theodore Tope Paxton,
share and share alike,that is,each shall take the undivided one-
fourth thereof.
THI~.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,(which includes my interest in real estate at
Waynesburg,Pennsylvania)I give,devise and bequeath to Karl M.
Blose,Ethel Blose Barr,Helen Blose Paxton,and Albert Theodore
Tope.Paxton,share and share alike.
LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter,Helen Blose Paxton,to be the Executrix of this my last
Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Haddie B.Blose,the testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
this 16trr day of October,A.D.1934.
