I,SAMUEL V.HAGGERTY,of Victory Hill,R.D •#1,Monon-
gahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby revoke all Wills
and Codicils,as well as all other instruments of a testamentary
nature,heretofore made by me,and do hereby make,publish and declar
this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and expenses of my
funeral,shall be paid as soon after my death as shall be practic-
able.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real,personal and mixed,to my three step-children share and share
alike;Mrs.Arthur Jeffers,M~.Thomas Johnson and Mr.Owen Burns,
Sr.In the event of anyone or more of my children do not survive
me,that deceased child's share shall be divided equally among the
children of that deceased child.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Arthur
Jeffers to be the Executor of this My Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
