LAST ND TESTAMENT
KNOI ALL MEN BY TH~SE PRES~NTS,That we,DAVID S.
BORZEE and MARY M.BORZEE,husband and wife,of the Borough of
McDonald,ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare
this instrument to be jointly as well as severally,our last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills or writings
in the nature thereof at any time heretofore made.
1.e direct that all just debts and funeral
expenses,inheritance taxes,and costs of administering our
estates be fully paid.
2.We direct that our bodies be interred in the
family plot in Robinson Run Cemetery;suitable markers to be erect-
ed to harmonize with the others in the plot.
3..e direct that the one of us surviving the
other,is to inherit all property,real,personal and mixed,of
the other,wheresoever situate,to be used as the survivor may see
fit,absolutely and in fee.
4.If we die in a common disaster or upon the death
of the survivor,we direct that the rest,residue and remainder of
our estates shall be distributed as follows:
(a)To the Noblestown United Presbyterian Church,
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars (500.00).
(b)11 the rest,residue and remainder of our
estates,to Edward H.Eckert and Mabel Eckert,his wife,for and
during the term of their natural lives or the life of the survivor

of them;with the power of consumption,however,so that they may
use the same as largely and as fUlly as we could during our lives,
with the full management and control of the same,including the
power to sell or dispose of any part or the whole thereof.It is
our express intention that these powers shall be absolute and
without obligation to account to anyone.Should any part of our
estates so held by the said Edward H.Eckert and Mabel Eckert,
his wife,or the survivor of them,be remaining upon the death of
the survivor,then and in that event,such remainder shall be
distributed to the estern Pennsylvania Industrial School at
Oakdal e,Fa.
5.e do hereby appoint the survivor as executor
of this ill and upon the decease of the survivor,we direct that
Edward H.Eckert shall be substituted as executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,We have hereunto set our hands and
seals this 21st day of October,in the year of our Lord nineteen
hundred forty (1940).
