KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I,ELLA CLOSSER,ot the Borough ot Waynesburg,County ot Greene and state ot Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding, do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament;hereby revoking and making void any and all former wills,or writings in the nature thereof, .!!!me at any time heretofore made. FIRST:-It is my will and I hereby direct that all my Just debts and tuneral expenses shall,by my executor hereinafter named,be tirst tully paid and,satistied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SEOOND:-I give and bequeath unto my son DANIEL OLOSSER my pair of cut glass candle sticks. THIRD:-I give and bequeath unto my niece,MARY 8.MILLIKIN,one dozen stem Goblets and one dozen Sherb£!t Glasses. FOUR~H:-I give and bequeath unto my grandchildren Hallie J. Closser and Helen I.Olosser,children of mydeceaaed son,James I.Olosser, my twelve shares of the capital stock of the Citizens National Bank of Waynes- burg,Pennsylvania,in equal &bares;that is to say six shares of said stock unto each of them. FIFTH:-I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter,Evelyn Closser, daughter of my son Daniel Olosser,my diamond ring,my brooch set with dla- monds,and my ear drops. SIXTH:-I give and bequeath unto my grandson,Hallie J.Closser, my coffee peroulator;one red and white qUilt,and my Oameo Ring;the said Cameo Ring to be delivered to him when he graduates from High Sohool.If he should not graduate from High School then said ring to be delivered to him when he reaohes graduation age. SEVENTH:-I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter,Helen I. Olosser,my Ivory Toilet Set. EIGHTH:-I give and bequeath unto my great granddaughter,Ruth Ellen Closser,the SUM of One Hundred Dollars. J"',. -~-....._- situate at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my executor and trustee hereinafter named,and to his successor or successors;IN TRUST HOW- EVER that he take,hold and invest the same tor my four grandchildren,to wit: James W.Closser,Evelyn Closser,Hallie J.Closser and Helen I.Closser,in equal shares and proportions;and that he pay over the diVidends,interest and earnings thereon and therefrom to my above named grandchildren,or to those who may be representing or acting for my said above named grandchildren,in equal shares or proportions,for the use,maintenanoe and support and education of my said tour grandchildren.It is my will and intention however that such payments and distributions be of the balance remaining after the payment ot taxes,neces- sary costs and expenses etc,which my said executor and trustee i8 hereby autho- rized and directed to pay, And it is my will and I hereby order and direct that my executor and trustee hereinafter named and appointed shall,as each of my above named tour grandchildren arrives at the age of twenty tive (25)years,pay over to him or her the tull and equal one fourth (1)part or portion ot such residuary estate, together with Any undistributed interest,dividends or earnings accrued upon his or her share;to have and to hold the same absolutely and in fee simple. THIRTEENTH:-If my grandson,James W.Closser,or my granddaughter,Evelyn Closser,ohildren of my son Daniel Closs~r, should die before reaohing the age of twenty five (25)years,un-I married and without lawful issue,then and in that event it is my will that the property bequeathed to or in trust tor the one so dieing shall go to the survivor of them.Should either or both of them die before reaohing the age of twenty five (25)years, leaVing lawful issue,then the property bequeathed to or in trust: for the one or ones BO dieing shall go to and vest in such lawful, issue,in aooordanoe with the terma and conditiona of this my wil~. I FOURTEENTH:-If my grandson,Hallie J.Closser,or my, granddaughter,Helen I.Closser,ohildren of my son,James I. Closser,deoeased,should die before reaohing the age of twenty five (2,)years,unmarried and without lawful issue,then and in i that event it is my will that the property bequeathed to or in trust for the one so dying shall go to the survivor of them.
