Burns,her heirs and assigns,the home now occupied by me in the Borough of Claysville. 3.I give and devise to my daughter,Georgene Holmes Morton,her heirs and assigns,the house and lot located immedi- ately west of my home property,being the property purchased from Mary McKay. 4.I give and bequeath the Holmes Store and every- thing connected therewith,to my daufhter Margaret H.Burns,she to pay all bills outstanding upon the store account at the time of my death. 5.I give and bequeath to my said daughter,Georgene Holmes Morton,the grandfather's clock owned by me. 6.I give and bequeath unto Helen Plants Kelso the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars and direct that all inheritance taxes on this bequest be paid by my estate. 7.I direct that my two dauehters Margaret H.Burns and Georgene Holmes Morton may choose as their own,alternately, in the order of their seniority,any items of personal property belonging to me,taking the same at the appraised value thereof. 8.All of the rest,residue and remainder of my ••• estate,of whatever description and wherever situate,I give, devise and bequeath unto my two daughters Margaret H.Burns and Georgene Holmes Morton,share and share alike,to each a one- half thereof.
