LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MINNIE BEHLING,do make and declare the following
to be my Last Will and Testament,namely;
FIRST:
I will and bequeath $100.00 to my sister,
NETTIE BARNES,and should my sister NETTIE not survive
me,then this $100.00 is to go to my son,ROY.This
100.00 was left me by my father,W._.BARNES.
SECOND:
I will and bequeath $100.00 to my sister,
ALICE BARNES,and should my sister ALICE not survive
me,then this $100.00 is to go to my Son,ROY.This
$100.00 was left me by my father,W.A.BARNES.
THIRD:
I will and bequeath $100.00 to my grandson,
THOMAS B.ABBOTT.
FOURTH:
I do make and appoint ALBERT BEHLING,Guardian
