I,WILBUR J.HAWKINS,Sr.,of Millsboro,
East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient after my death.
2.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,
to payout of the residue of my estate all inheritance,estate,
and succession taxes,to the end that any legacies herein given
shall be paid in full without deduction for their proportionate
share of tax.
3.I give and bequeath to Marjorie McCarthy
the sum of Five Thousand ($5000)Dollars.
4.I give and bequeath to Elizabeth G.Boyer
the sum of Five Thousand ($5000)Dollars.
5.All the rest,residue,and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,devise,and be-
queath to my daughter-in-law,Ranier Richardson Hawkins,and
my grandchildren,Wilbur James Hawkins III and Cynthia Richardson
Hawkins,share and share alike.
6.I hereby appoint Mellon National Bank and
Trust Company as Guardian of the Estates of my Grandchildren,
Wilbur James Hawkins III and Cynthia Richardson Hawkins.
7.I hereby authorize and empower my Executor,
hereinafter named,to sell,at either public or private sale,
any real estate of which I may die seized at the time of my
death,and to execute deed or deeds therefor.
I nominate,constitute,and appoint my sister,
Edna Bennett,of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,as Executor of this
