being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
la,st Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direot that all my Just debts and funeral expense be
fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,
after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath the sum of one dollar ($1.00)to my
daughter,Mary Belle Dunn.
i\lird.I give and bequeath the sum of one dollar (11.00)to my
son,George Bruce.
Fourth.I direct that all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,both real and personal,be diVided into five
equal parts,and distrttbuted to my following ohildren,
share and share alike,exoept in the oa9~of my son,
Frank L.Bruoe,from whose share shall be first deduoted
the sum ot One thousand dollars and turned baok into
the Estate:
