and understanding,do make,publish and declare the 1'ollowing
to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and all
other wills heretofore made by me:
Item.I give,devise and bequeath unto my husband
Benjamin F.Crawford,01'Allenport,Allen Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,all my estate 01'whatsoever kind and
wheresoever situate,to be his absolutely.In case my said
husband shall not be living at the time my will takes eftect,
then it is my will that all of my said estate shall go to and
be equally divided among his children,share and share alike.
I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
husband Benjamin F.Crawtord to be the executor 01'this my last
will and testament.

Whereas Julia A.Crawford,late or Luzerne Township,
Fayette County,Pennsylvania,died on the eleventh day of
February,1934,leaving a last will and testament dated March 18,
1930,probated February 23,1934,recorded the same day in the
Register's Office of said Fayette County,Pennsylvania,in Will
Book Vol.30,page 230:
NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That,I,Benjamin
F.Crawford,surviving husband of the sal d Julia A.Crawford,
have elected and do hereby elect to take under the will of the
