LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ROBERT E.BURNSIDE.
I,Robert E.Burnside,being of sound and disposing
mind and memory,do declare the following to be my last will
and testament.
First:I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,
real,personal and mixed,to my beloved wife,Ethel B.Burnside.
Second:I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife,
Ethel B.Burnside,as the executrix of my estate.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto affixed my signature
at Washington,pennsylvania,this 7th day of November,1940.
