in the County aforesaid,deceased (a true copy whereof is hereunto annexed),was duly admitted
to probate and
WHEREAS,in said last Will and Testament no executor was nrimed
by reason whereof the power of granting administration of the Estate,which was of said deceased,
to me doth belong:
NOW,THEREFORE,confiding in your fidelity,I do hereby grant to you these LETTERS
OF ADMINISTRATION cum testamento annexo,and do commit to you
the administration of the Estate of said deceased,you having taken and subscribed the oath of
office prescribed by law,hereby requiring you well and truly to administer the Estate of said
deceased,and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office at Pitts-
burgh,within three months,and to render a true and just account of your administration at
the expiration of six months from the date hereof,or when directed to do so by the Court,and
to regard and comply with the provisions of the law relating to collateral inheritances.
