I,lary Cook,of 417 Schoonmaker Avenue,City of
Monessen,County of ~es~noreland,and State of Pennsylvania,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to b~my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills or testamentary
¥ITitings heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever located,to my beloved
husband,Andrew Dempster Cook,of 417 Schoonmaker
County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania,if he survives
me,to have and to hDld as his property absolutely.
Third.I hereby appoint my said husband,ndrew
Dempster Cook,if he survive me,as Executor of this,my Last
Will and Testament,and I direct that no bond shall be required
of him.
Fourth.In the event that my husband,Andrew Dempster
Cook,does not sU1~vive me,I give,devise,and bequeath all my
property,real,personal and mixed to my brother-in-law,Daniel
Hogg,Sr.,of 909 McKean Avenue,Donora,iashington County,
'Pennsylvania,and his daughter,Mrs.Mae Forsythe,of 339
Thompson venue,Donora,Vashington County,Pennsylvania,in
equal shares,to have and to hold as their property absolutely,
and I appoint the aforesaid vaniel Hogg,Sr.,as sole executor

to carry out the provisions of this paragraph,and I direct
that no bond shall be required of him.
