LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT • i I I,ELLSWORTH BURNFIELD,of Richhill Township,Greene County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made: FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor,hereinafter named,and that I be buried in the West Finley Cemetery at West Finley,Penn- sylvania,and I direct that Ralph H.Scott,of Rogersville, Pennsylvania,have charge of my funeral,and that a vault be used in my grave,and that the services be conducted by the Minister of the Windy Gap Presbyterian Church. SECOND.I give and bequeath to the Windy Gap Presby- terian Church the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). THIRD.It is my will and I hereby authorize and direct my Executor to sell any real estate of which I may die seized and to make and execute a good and sufficient Deed or Deeds for the same,and after paying my debts and funeral expenses and the bequest to the Church,whatever may then re- main shall be used by my said Executor in erecting at my grave a suitable monument.
