I,OLIVE E.CLARKE,of South Franklin Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make ~lastvWill and Testament,hereby
revoking and declaring null and void any and all wills,or papers
in the nature thereof,heretofore made by me.
1.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Wade E.Clarke,of South Franklin Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,as EXecutor of this my last Will and Testament.
2.It is my desire that my estate,real,personal
and mixed shall be divided equally,and to that end,I do hereby
direct that all my estate shall be divided and distributed in
accordance with the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Penn-
sylvania.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
