LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,ALCIDE BIGI,of R.D.#2 Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound disposing mind,memory and
.understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament,thereby revoking and making null and void
any and all will and testaments or writings,in the nature thereOf!
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct all my just debts and funeral expense
to be full paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently m~y~be after
my decease.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all of my pro-
perty,real,personal or mixed of whatever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my death to my three children,namely:Reno Bigi,Eleo
~1g1 and Irene Bigi Tomko,to be evenly divided among them or that
each shall receive a one-third (1/3)share.
THIRD.I hereby make,constitute and appoint Alberto
Saccan1,of Donora,Pa.,to be the executor of this my last w1ll
and testament.
