Know all men by these presents that I,Anna Mary Cornelius Kelly,
of Greer,West Virginia,Executrix under the Will of Martha
Leona Cornelius,deceased,late of the City of Washington,Pa.,
do hereby appoint John B.McCreight,Esq.,519 Washington Union
Trust Building,Washington,Pa.my attorney-in-fact to receive
and accept service of all notices,claims or other matters what-
soever relating to the administration of the estate of the said
Martha Leona Cornelius,deceased.

I,Martha Leona Cornelius,of the City of Washington,
~Nashington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my last ~ill and Testament,hereby revoking
any other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
h I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses 8S soon as convenient after
my decease.
2.It is my desire that I shall be buried in the
family lot in Everett Cemetery,at Everett,Pennsylvania,and I
direct my Executrix to carry out this desire.
~All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and·
bequeath to my sister-in-law,Mabel Cornelius,my nephew,Henry
TI.Cornelius,and my nieces,Anna Mary Cornelius Kelly,Rebecca
Cornelius,Sarah Cornelius Robson and Elizabeth ~.Cornelius
Bowie,share and share alike;provided,however,that if any of
the above named persons shall predecease me,then and in such case
the share of that person shall be equally divided among the other
persons hereinabove named.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my niece,
Anna Mary Cornelius Kelly,to be the Executrix of this my last
Will and Testament.
