LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Fenwick B.Cole of East Pike Run Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understandin
do make,publish and declare this to be my last will and testament
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime
heretofore made.
First:-From my life insurance,which is payable to my
estate,I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay my bank
loans and all other debts except my funeral expenses which will
be paid from the money I shall get from the Knights of Pythias
Lodge and the Royal Arcanum L~dge,and f~om the balance,if anYT_
I direct my said executors to erect at my grav6 a proper tomb
stone.
Second:-I give and devise to my son,R.M.Cole,my
house and lot on upper Wood Street,in East Pike Run Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,where I now reside,so long as
he maintains and takes care of my son,George Cole,and upon the
death of my said son,George Cole,I direct my executors to sell
my said real estate,either at public or private sale or sales,
hereby authoriZing my said executors to make,execute and deliver
such deeds and writings as shall be necessary to complete the sale
thereof,and to divide the net proceeds therefrom equally among
my children living at the time of my decease.In case my son,R.
M.Cole dies leaving my said son,George Cole,living,then my
other living children shall maintain and take care of said George
Cole and receive therefor the use of my saia real estate until the
death of my said son,George Cole,when the said property will be
sold and distributed as aforesaid,and I am sure that none of my
said children will neglect to maintain and support my said son,
George Cole.

Third:-I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my sons,
R.M.Cole,and John L.Cole,to be Executors of this my last
will and testament.
In 'itness lfuereof,-I,Fenwick B.Cole,the testator
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the ;?,tiday of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nin
hundred and forty-one (1941).
