IAST WI LL AND TESTAMENT
I,HATTIE C.BURNS,of the borough of Bridgeville,
County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and disposing memory,do make,publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereby revoking any Will or Wills made by me:
FIRST.I direct all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate real,
personal and mixed,of whatever kind and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath to my two daughters,EVALlNE B.
McCARTHY and IRE~~1~Y BURNS,their heirs and assigns,forever,
share and share alike.
THIRD.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my
daughters,EVALlNE B.McCARTHY and IRENE W~~Y BURNS,Executrices
of this My Last Will and Testament,without bond.
IN WITNESS vYHEREOF,I,HATTIE C.BURNS,the testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
