understanding,do make my last Will and Testament in manner
and form follow iDg :
First:I direct that all trr1 just debts and f'uneral
expenses be paid from my said estate as soon after my
decease as ~ossible.
Seoond:I give,devise and bequeath to M1 wite,Alma
M.Calvert all my r.ady cash,bonds or any other personal
property that I may have at the time of my decease att:B1':.'
my debts and tuneral expenses are met.
Third:I gIve,devi~e and bequeath all my real estate
wheresoever and whatsoever it may be to '1lI1'wife for her
natural litetime and at her death the same to go to my two
sons,Clarenoe C.Calvert and !awrenoe C.Calvert,share and
share alilke.
Fourth:I hereby appoint my SOD Clarence C.Calvert,
my son,as executor of this my last Will and Testament.
