I,Mary Borchert,of Chartiers Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all Wills or writings in the
nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
1st.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be first paid out of my Estate by my executor hereinafter named
as soon after my decease as he can conveniently do so.
2nd.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Clara
Borchert,her heirs and assigns,my dwelling house,situate on
the West side of Pike Street in Moninger,Chartiers Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and in which I reside at the
time of the execution of this Will,on the condition that my
said daughter pays so much of the inheritance tax assessed
against my Estate as would be properly chargeable against the
Real Estate herein devised to her.The household goods,
furniture and fixtures,now in use in my said home,are the
property of my said daughter,Clara Borchert.
3rd.All the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever and whatsoever the same
may be,I give,devise and bequeath to my other four children
share and share alike,namely:Emma Borchert Somerlade,
Charles Borchert,Bertie Borchert Neidermire,and Flora Borch~t
Patterson.
4th.I nominate,constitute and appoint my said son,
Charles Borchert,to be the executor of this my last Will and
Testament.
In Witness whereof I,Mary Borchert,the testatrix above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and fixed my seal
