I,Joseph Bamford,of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare my Last Will and Tes-
tament in the manner and form following:
FIRST.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my Executvix.
SECOND.All of the rest,residue and remainder of mY estate,
real,personal and mixed,I will,devise and bequeath unto my daugh
ter-in-law,Helen Roop,under her,her heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD.I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter-in-law,Helen Roop,the Executrix of this,my Last 'ill
and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I hereunto set my hand and seal this
the day of February,1942.
