LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MRS.MARY BUCHTA,of the Borough of Charleroi,
County of Washington,and State of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,
pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,in manner and
form following:

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and expenses
I give and bequeath unto my five ~childre~SECOND:
Iincident to the administration of my estate be paid as soon after

taxes,insurance,repairs and upkeep.Upon the death of my said
husband,JOHN BUCHTA,I give,devise and bequeath unto my two
IChildren,ANDREW SHOFSKY,and MRS.MARY BRANDEBERG,who are chil-
dren by a former marriage,share and share alike,their heirs andI
assigns,my property located at 106 Meadow Avenue,Charleroi,
