A.ah yes --That 1s because that was only three mon~ls before she
died --not over three months before she died that was written

ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all wills by me heretofore made.
I.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
II.Having disposed of my personal effects and having pro-
vided for my children during my lifetime,all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,I give,devise and bequeath as follows:
(al The ~thereof to my sister,Florence
E.Kaufman,whose present address is 7724 Brasheer Street,Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.
(b)The ~Wthereof to my 1P dl'!d children,
III.I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Harold K.
Hess as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct
that no bond shall be required of such executor hereunder.My said
executor shall have full power at his discretion to do any and all

ing the power to sell at public or private sale and without order of
Court,any real or personal property belonging to my estate,and to
make,execute and deliver good and sufficient deeds and other evidence

or in favor of my estate,as fully as I could do if living.
