being of sound mind ana memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed to my beloved children,}'~ary Clandy and Franl<:
Clandy,share and share alike,except as hereinafter provided•
.Third.To my beloved daughter,Helen ?atterson,I give and be-
queath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),to be a lien and
obligation against real estate,without interest however until paid.
Fourth.To my beloved daughter,Anna,I leave my love and af-
fection,and make no other provision,inasmuch as I consider that she
