KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That at Pittsburgh,in the County aforesaid,on
the 18th day of November A.D.19 40 ,before me,
JOHN M.HUSTON,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the
County of Allegheny,in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the last Will and Testament of
GEORGE L.BUMGARNERlate of Natrona
in the County aforesaid,deceased (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to
probate;and
the Execur<ix in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed the
oath of office prescribed by law.
NOW,THEREFORE,I,JOHN M.HUSTON,Register as aforesaid,do grant these LEITERS TES-
TAMENTARY,unto the said
Margaret Bumgarner
committing unto her the administration of all and singular the goods and chattels,rights and
credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring her to exhibit a true and perfect inventory
thereof into the Register's office,at Pittsburgh,within thirty days,and to render a just and true account of
said administration in six months from the date thereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the
law relating to inheritance tax.
