I,J.Thomas Baldwin,widower,residing in South Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of a sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding do hereby make,pUblish and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament and re- voke all other wills by me,at any time,heretofore made. First.I direct that all my just debts,funerql expenses and all other claims for which my estate is legally liable be paia by my Executor as soon after my decease as may seem to him best for my estate. Second.I give and devise to my son,William Silas Baldvdn a parcel of ground containing thirty (30)acres more or less situate in South Franklin TO¥ffiShip,Washington County,penna.whIDc~was forme ly a part of the Cozad farm and is part of a tract of 38 acres 128 perches conveyed to me (testator)by W.E.Baldwin et ux.by deed dated ,May 25th,1893,recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washing- ton County in Deed Book Vol.221,page 121,but this devise,however is sUbject to this condition,that is that the devisee,William Si as Baldwin,pays all his indebtedness to the Peoples National Bank of Washington,Penna.on a note or notes signed by him and on which I am co-maker with him and signed by me as surety only,which condi- tion shall run for one year after my death and if at the end of tha time said dev~see fails to pay said indebtedness and fUlly comply with the condition as herein stated then I direct my executor to se 1 said tract so devised and make a good deed to the purchaser and app y the ~roceeds to the payment of my debts.
