I,Catherine Bright Hartman,of the City of Monongahela,1ashing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this my
last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void each and every
former will and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:-I order and direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
Second:-I give,bequeath and devise all my property and estate,
real,personal and mixed,of every kind and nature,wheresoever situate,
to my husband,viz:-Frank Lemoine Hartman,his heirs and assigns for-
ever,absolutely and in fee simple.
Third:-I nominate,constitute and appoint my husband,viz:-
Frank Lemoine Hartman,Executor of this my last will and testament.
