I,ROSA ELVIRA HUMMELL of the City of Washing-

ton,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and mem-
ory,do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Tes-
tament,hereby revoking and making void all other Wills and Testa-
ments by me at any time heretofore made.
~IRST:I order and direct ,that my Executor
hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I hereby give~dev~se and bequeath all
my estate,real,personal and m~xed,wheresoever the same may be
found to my children,Floyd S.Hummell,Flossie F.Rush,John F.
Hummell,and Robert E.Hummell,share and share alike.
THIRD:I further direct that my Executor here-
inafter named,make payment of all inheritance taxes,State and
Federal,from the assets of my said estate.
FOURTH:I further give the right to ~y son,
John F.Hummell,to occupy the home residence in which he now res-
ides,for a period of two years after my decease.The said John F.
Hummell to pay the same rental that he is paying to me at the time
of my decease.
FIFTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and ap-
point Robert E.Hummell,my son,to be the Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament,to serve without bond.
IN TESTIMONY vlliEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,this 7th day of October
