I,J.KAEHLER COCHRANE,of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make,publish,and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void any will by me at
any time heretofore made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executor,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I will,give,and devise my real estate known
as No.1115 West Main street,Third Ward,Monongahela,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,to my sister Margaret P.Cochrane,in
fee simple and absolutely.
THIRD:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my
estate and property,real,personal,and mixed,of whatsoever
nature and kind,and wheresoever situate,I will,give,devise,
and bequeath unto my sisters and brother,viz;Margaret P.
Cochrane,illiam S.Cochrane,Elizabeth G.McCormick,Mary S.
Cochrane,and Bertha F.Cochrane,in equal shares,share and
share alike,in fee simple and absolutely.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute,and appoint my brother,
William S.Cochrane,as Executor of this my Last Will and
