LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED,That I,Hugh S.Cummins,of the
Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make this as and
for my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null
and void all wills or writings in the nature thereof by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I order and direct the payment of all my just
debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate,and
inheritances taxes as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
Ella H.Cummins,her heirs and assigns forever,all my property,
real,personal and mixed,of what nature or kind soever,and
wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death.
3.I do nominate,constitute and appoint my said
wife sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
