I,Forrest E.Burns of the Borough of Burgettstown,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind ane menlOry
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment,thereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate,real
personal an-d mixed,of wha tsoever the same may cons:tst,and
whe~esoever situated,1 give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Louise Jane Burns.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Mrs.Vay Smith as the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testa-
ment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Forrest E.Burns the above named
Testator,have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th.day of
December,A.D.1941.
