I,Ellsworth A.Oole,residing in Washington,Washington Oom ty,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make pUblish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my executor,hereinafter named,as soon as practical
after my decease:.
2.I desire that my funeral be simple and modest.~a Oole
family lot is not then available,I direst my executor to
purchase one half lot for this purpose,preferably in the
Washington Oemetery.
3.I give,devise,and bequeath to my wife,Rosella A.Frost
Oole,if she survives me by 60'days,all my property both real
and personal.
4.In case my wife fails to surviveme by sixty days,I give,
devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal to
my daughter,Virginia Cole Martin now living in Washington D.o.
5.I nominate and appoint Walter Viehmann,my som-in-law,of
Washington Pa.,the executor of this my last Will and Testament
and direct that he shall serve without bond.
