I,the undersigned,GEORGE H.BURIG,of 99 Maple Avenue,
Washington,,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and declare the following
to be my last Will and Testament:
First:I hereby revoke all wills and papers of a
testamentary nature by me at any time heretofore made.
Second:I give and bequeath unto my wife,Hope V.
BUrig,all my household effects.
Third:All the residue,and,rema1,nder of my estate",
real,personal and mixed,of eve'ry kind and nature,I give,devise
and bequeath,in equal shares,to my said wife,Hope V.Bur1g,
to my daughter,Lillian Burig,and to my son,David Carl Burig,
and to their heirs and assigns forever,absolutely and in fee
simple.
Fourth:I hereby constitute and appoint as the Executri
and Executor of this,my last Will and Testament,my said daughter
Lillian Burig,and'my said sonj David Carl Burig,or the survivor
of them.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,George H.Burig,Testator,have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of March,1939.
