LAST 'fILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,JOIDf A.
HOXWORTH of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memoIY and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be mw Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making VQid all former wills or codicils by me
at any time heretQfore made.
As to my worldly estate and all pr~perty,real,
personal or mixed,of which I die seized and pQssess,or to which
I shall be entitled at the time of D\Y decease,I give,devise,
bequeath and dispose thereof in the following manner,to-wit:
FIRST:I direct and order that all D\Y just debts
and funeral expenses shall,by D\Y Executrix hereinafter named be,
paid out of ~estate as soon after my decease as shall by her be
found convenient.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath to mw
son,Porter Hoxworth,the sam or amount of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00)and my old coins.
~D:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,
George Hoxworth,the sum or amount of Five Hundred Dollars ('500.00).
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
Norine Hoxworth,the sum or amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($50o.od)
and my diamond ring.
FIFTH:All the rest and residue of row estate,
whether it be real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved
Wife,Maude Hoxworth,for her own prQper use and behoof to dispose
of as she might see fit.

SIXTH:If my beloved wife,Maude Hoxworth.
predeoeases me.it is my order and direotion that all my estate,
whether it be real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and
whersoever situate,be devised to my three ohildren,Forter Hoxworth.
George Hoxworth and Norine Hoxworth,share and share alike in equal
proporti ons.
SEVENTH:I hereby nominate.constitute and
appoint my beloved wife,Maude Hoxworth,to be the Executrix of
this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN IITHESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto Bet my
hand and seal thlS 31st day of October.1944.
