I,John Bruce B~ayney,of the town o~Claysville,in the county
o~Washington,and the state o~Pennsy~vania,being of sound
mind and memory do declare this to be my last will and
testament:.
First:I direct my executors to sell all my rea~estate,
house-hold furnshings,and any stooks that.I might own at
the time of my death.
Second:I direct that my funeral charges,the expenseso o~
administering my estate,and all my debts be paid out of my
personal property.
Third:I direct my executors to purchase from Simon Whites
Sons a marker for my grave,the said marker to be the same
as is over my mothers and sisters graves.
Fourth:I give and bequeath to my sister -in-law,Virgie
Blayney al~my personal belongings,and all small utilities
about my home such as dishes,~inens,and etc..
Fifth:Not knowing what amount wil~remain of my estate,I
give and bequeath to the following persons the percentage
following their names.
