LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED that I,Jennie Brennan,of Donora,Wash
1ngton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under
standing,do hereby make,publish and deolare this as and for my
last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void
-any and all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature there-
of,by me at any t1me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the property situate at 973
McKean Avenue,Donora,Pa.,to my sister,Eulalia McDonough,if
she survives me.If she does not survive me,then I give,devise

and bequeath such property to my two sons,Regis Brennan and
Edward Brennan.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situate,I
give,devise and bequeath to my two sons,Regis Brennan and Edward
Brennan,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my sister,Eulalia
McDonough,as the executrix of this my last will and testament.
