LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CHARLES M.HULL,also known as CHAS.M.HULL,of
Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby revoking any
other Will by me at any time heretofore made,do make 'this my Last
Will and Testament as follows:
FIRST.I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest,residue and rem~inder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and where-
soever situated,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Mary
Agnes Hull,to be hers absolutely.
THIRD.I hereby appoint Mary Agnes Hull to be the Ex-
ecutrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
FOURTH.Should I and my said sister,Mary Agnes Hull,
become deceased in the same accident or at the same time,then and
II in such event,I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed to my brother Albert P.Hull,of 5800 Shattuck
Avenue,Oakland,California,and in such an event as above mention
II ed,I appoint the Citizens Trust Company of Canonsburg to be the
Executor of my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
