County,pennsylvania,do hereby make this my last will and testament.

FIRST.I hereby direct that all c1aims against my estate
SECOND.-All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my•
sisters Katharine L.Clarke and Lulu A.Clarke,equally,but if either
of them is dead at the time of my death,then the whole of the same
is to go to the survivor of them,her heirs and assignee
THIRD.I hereby appoint Norman E.Clark executor of this
