a last will and testament which was dUly probated by the Register

Enlow,widow of said testator.do hereby voluntarily state and ac-
knowledge that I have been made acquainted with the contents of
the will of my said husband.and with the provisions therein con-
tained in my favor.and also that I am fully acquainted With the
nature,extent and amount of the estate of my said husband.real
