I,Elija'l1 .Hurr,phries,of East Pike Run ~ownship,Washington County,
Pennsylvm1ia,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
malte,publish and eclare this to be my last Will and Testam.ent,hereby
revoking ?nd making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
Ji'IRST.!direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully
paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND,I bequeath to my beloved ife,Bessie L.Sumphries,the use
and enjoyment during her widowhood,all the household goods,furniture
and utensils,including the plate,pictures and ornaments in,about or
belonging to the house where I may reside at the time of my death;and after
her decease I bequeath the same to my beloved daughter,'Thelma Reese.
THIRD,I devise my house and lot of land in East Pike Run Township,
where I now reside,to my beloved wife,essie L.Humphries to enjoy the
use and income therefrom during her life,and from and after her death to
my beloved son,Charles A.Humphries,his heirs and assigns.
FOURTH,I hereby make,constitute and appoint my beloved son,Oh~rles
A.Hum:.ohries,to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

my last ill set my hand and seal this Twenty-second Day of October,One
