and State of Pennsylvania,being of 80Und mind and memory,do hereby make,
THIRD.
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or winB heretofore made by me.
Fir8t.I direct that all my just debt8 and funeral expenses be fully paid and 8atisftd"as 800ft
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND.I give~bequeath and devise unto my beloved Wife,E~~a Hughes,
all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of Whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate.
In case my said wife,the above named Emma Hughes,die before
[He,then I direct.my entire estate be Given,bequeathed am
devised to my beloved nephew,James E.Champ,of Canonsburg,
Pennsylvan ia.
jFOURTH.I direct my executor to take full charge of my burial and all
services in connection therewith,and that I be put to rest in
the burial lot wherein n~first wife is"interred,decently and
quietly.
FIFTH.
SIXTH.
I direct my executor to apply out of the funds in m~r estate
a sum not to exceed $100.00 for an appropriate stone on "the
grave of rlJY Wife,the within nClffied Emma Hughes,after,she shall
have passed awa:l.
Should my beloved Wife,the within naIl,ed Ell~a Hushes,survive
me,I direct my executor to look after her interests and
welfare in every w~and make"all provision for her proper and
usual needs from the propert,Y in my estate.
