I,MATILDA COSTANZA,of the Borough of Charleroi,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do make,pUblish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any
and all other Wills ,by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay and
discharge all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may
be after my decease.
2.I give and bequeath all my household goods,books,
pictures and every thing contained in the houeewhere I now live
to my daughter,Nina Costanza Lorovisi,and my son,William
Costanza,to be divided between them equally,share and share
alike.
3.All the rest~,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind or nature and where-
soever situate,I give devise and bequeath to my son,Russell
costanza,my son,Anthony Costanza,my daughter,Mary Costanza
Consonery,my daughter,Anna Costanza Senzl,my daughter,Nina
Costanza Lorovisi,and my son,William Costanza,their heirs and
assigns,to be divided between them equally,share and share
alike.
4.I appoint my son,Anthony Costanza,to be the
Executor hereof.
